Describe who you want. Meet matched graduates.
Have one conversation with Grace, our AI. She writes the job description, scores every graduate on GradWorx against it, and hands you a shortlist that explains itself.
✓ Two years of SQL and Python across a placement and a dissertation on pricing data.
! No production dbt experience, worth probing on a first call.
Here’s how it works
Which soft skills and working traits matter for this person?
Upload a job description and Grace reads it, or start from scratch. Around thirteen short questions, mostly taps.
Every score shows its working.
Each candidate is scored against a published rubric, so you know what an 86 means before you open the profile.
- 85–100
- Direct evidence for most core criteria.
- 65–84
- Good overlap, with one or two real gaps worth probing.
- 40–64
- Partial fit. Transferable, but missing core requirements.
- 0–39
- Little concrete evidence of fit for this specific role.
Unknowns are flagged, never silently dropped. A candidate who has not answered a question stays on your list, marked unverified, instead of vanishing from it.
Built for hiring people with potential, not keyword matches.
Meaning, not keywords
Roles and profiles are both embedded and compared semantically, then reranked against each other. A CV that never says “SQL” still surfaces if the work is there.
Hard requirements are real filters
Toggle a must-have and it becomes a database filter, not a hint. Unknown values are kept and flagged rather than quietly dropping a good candidate.
Profiles built from the CV
Every graduate built their profile in conversation with Grace, who read their CV for skills, experience and certificates. Not a keyword-stuffed PDF pile.
Warm intros, written for you
Grace drafts the first message from your role and your company. Edit it before it sends, or regenerate as often as you like.
They are on their phone
Candidates use the GradWorx app. Your message arrives in their Messages tab, not a dead inbox.
Candidates stay in control
Graduates choose whether they are discoverable, and can block a company outright. That is why the ones who reply mean it.
Built for UK early careers.
- Graduate roles, internships, placements and apprenticeships
- UK English throughout, from Grace’s questions to the JD she hands you
- Students finishing up, recent graduates, and people a few months into a first role

What does it cost?
Nothing while GradWorx is in beta. Post roles, see your shortlists and message candidates at no charge. We will talk to you well before that changes.
Do I need a job description already?
No. Upload one as a PDF or Word file and Grace reads it, then only asks about what it did not cover. Or start from scratch and she writes it with you.
How many candidates do I see?
Ten ranked and scored to start, and you can expand to twenty. “All” shows everyone who passes the role’s hard requirements, closest first, without individual scores.
How long does matching take?
It runs in the background, usually a minute or two. The results page shows live progress and updates itself, so there is nothing to sit and watch.
Can I message anyone on the platform?
No. A conversation starts from an intro on a specific role, so a candidate always knows why you are writing. Grace drafts that first message and you edit it before it sends.
Where are the candidates based?
The UK. They are students, recent graduates and early-career candidates using the GradWorx app, and every profile was built in conversation with Grace from their own CV.
Post your first role in a few minutes.
Describe who you want to hire. Grace does the writing, the scoring and the first message.
