Something not working, or a question the app does not answer? Write to us and a person will reply.

We answer within two working days. If it is about your account, write from the address you signed up with so we can find you. Please do not send passwords.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. You confirm twice, and the deletion happens straight away. It takes your profile, CV, photos, matches, saved roles, messages and your conversations with Grace with it, and it cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it, email us from the address on your account.
How do I stop employers finding me?
Open Profile, tap Edit profile, and switch off Make my profile public. You stop appearing in employer searches and recommendations from that moment. Conversations already open stay open so nobody is left mid-sentence.
Grace got something wrong on my profile.
Tap Edit profile to change any field by hand, or talk to Grace and tell her what to fix. You can also upload a newer CV and she will refresh your skills and experience from it, showing you what changed before anything is saved.
I cannot sign in, or I have forgotten my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and enter the email address on your account. We will send you a six-digit code — enter it in the app and you can choose a new password straight away. The code lasts fifteen minutes, and resetting signs you out on your other devices. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us at connect@gradworx.io from the address on your account.
An employer or a message is a problem.
Tell us at connect@gradworx.io with the company name and roughly when it happened. We read every report, we act on the ones that need it, and we will tell you what we did. Employers who misuse GradWorx lose access to it.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email us and we will send you everything we hold about you. The privacy policy covers your other rights and how to use them.
Does GradWorx cost anything?
No. GradWorx is free for candidates. There is nothing to buy in the app.
